Well, after some setbacks (ie, a broken arm preventing heavy lifting), and about 2 months after I started seriously working on it (paint job had been done, but that was about it), the shop is starting to look like something that could be worked in. It's tiny, it's cold, but it's mine. Sorry about the poor quality pics, but they're downsized off a camera phone, rather than my usual DSLR shots.

Saw and dust collector (got the DC yesterday):
I've got the basics in place - saw, dust collection, rulers, most of my clamps, go-bar deck (left), hygrometer. Most of my hand tools are stacked on the first shelf, along with the routers I've moved in, and the bottom shelf is where the big, unprocessed boards of Khaya mahogany live, with plenty of space for more. Hoping to get the saw up and running by next weekend (VSD on the way), in time for the first project: building a bed with some European Ash. And cutting that MDF that's leaning on the bench for some Doolin-style benders.
I've got another 'shop space' in the house, in the attic, which is far better controlled in terms of temp and humidity, where the projects-in-progress live, the rest of the wood stash lives, and where all non-insanely-dusty operations will take place. But that bit's not done yet, or terribly well organized yet, so you'll have to wait on those pics.
